Some metal scats found in the intercooler. Marnus why would there be metal scats in the intercooler? The intercooler comes mos before the pistons. Rest of symptoms also sound to me that something inside got damaged. Maybe something went wrong somewhere which caused the metal inside the intercooler ...

Replace the plug wires. That is mostly either plugs or plug leads.

Depends on the offsset of the rims. If I am not mistaken if you try to fit Vigo rims on SFA the spokes catches the front calipers and you have to install wheel spacers. I would round the sharp edges a bit. Paint dont stick to sharp edges and that is normally where rust start.

If you have a full can just for that I will sommer do 3 layers of each under- and top coat, which 2 or 3 hours drying inbetween.

Valueable lesson learned indeed. The camshaft and lifters are damaged. While battling with the turbo the car must have idled for a total of not more than 30 minutes, if so much. Chinese jets tend to be very thirsty and require some modification (drilling and re-tapping) in order for the standard jets to be fitted. Any Carb specialist should be able to do this.
Insn't it easier to braze the jet and redrill to smaller size? ie same size as OEM jet?

It is quick severe coz like at 1500r/min the power is very little the vehicle actually jerks and I have to downshift. No, not sorted out, that is how they are. At about 3400 rpm it feels like a power band kicking in.
Unless yours are very severe it is "normal"
As Andy said, only way is an aftermarket chip so you can adjust it to your liking.

Is your timing not maybe out by 180 degree. Sounds like either timing or incorrect plug lead order. For latter look which way rotor rotates and follow plugs leads, order should be 1,3,4,2

That looks like a perfect project, just make sure paperwork is in order and that it has been registered in RSA before as left hand drive.
I think the law says if it was registered in SA before the year 2000 you can re register it, if not, dont buy it.
