Mech ajustment what normaily happens is the idle control valve needs to do all the work and it is a bit slow to pick the revs up quick enough but there is a couple of things you can do to counter this ie udjusting the throtlle to get the idleing to lets say 500 rpm and then let the icv just pick it ...

Looks great just keep in mind those shackle bushes don't like the heat so much caused by the manifolds . and solder wires as far as you can before using lugs and a crimping tool...

That pulley is used for the visco fan i used that pulley in my dads lux. search for "my first attempt at a conversion" and also " my third attempt at a conversion" the last one is the one i did in my land cruiser . hope it helps

You shouldn't have a problem just deflate the tyres to .7 or .8 bar and keep stopping to a minimum when going through the town as the sand can be thick there from traffic

yes connect the idle control up it would make a difference and also try and play with your start prime pulse on your settings ive found that sometimes if there is to much feul when crancking it takes longer to start

Yes i designed and built my own adapter,it is a strait bolt on no modifications to gearbox to make the adapter work, it basicly bolts over the tail piece of the gearbox instead of removing the tail piece

The Prado box is a strait bolt on the block of the d4d and the kzte is the same so they fit on the same bellhousing and i think it is a bit stronger box

Hi i also have a kzte rad in mine but mine runs much cooler, i had a problem when going uphills that my temp would go up from 80 deg to 100deg so what i did was remove the bypass valve on the thermostat and it made a huge differance my temp is much more stable running between 80deg and 85deg i know ...
