Will my 2005 Hilux Vigo Replacement Bumper (MCC) fit onto my 2006 Fortuner?

Folks, I want to swop my Vigo (D/C V6 A/T) and (S/C 2.7 M/T) bodies and load bins over onto each others chassis'. So the end result will be a Vigo (S/C V6 A/T) and (D/C 2.7 M/T).
