What should a 230 000km service entails? On 210 000 and 220 00 I just did oil and oil and air filters.

I have a rear wheel bearing on my 2008 D4D D/C that is making a grinding sound. Is replacing it a DIY joppie or do one need special tools to do it?
If not DIY, who in the Pretoria area can be recommended for doing the job?
