Andre why did you make the base plate of the intake so thick? Looks heavy. Also, with it being thick like that will it not retain heat and in turn heat up the intake air? Something I used on my previous car was a Hondata plastic gasket on the intake. It seperated the intake from the head so it didnt...

Have you tried replacing the brake fluid (reservoir and lines)? Even if it looks clean it may have moisture in it.

Changing the length of your intake tube/pipe will change how/where the car makes power. Maybe fiddle with that a bit.

try grabbing the airvent surround and pull it.

then it should just be a few 10mm bolts around the radio itself

I believe the shocks were revised between the 2006 and 2009 models or so. Not 100% sure

Adding a Turbo does not only add more air into the motor. It adds a bucket load of heat. Into the engine itself and into the engine bay. Meaning things like plastic electrical connectors etc eventually get brittle and break as they were not meant for That much heat. (vehicle dependent) More air mean...

I have a D4D Tuna and consumption is about 10km/L

Remember, the first gen D4D without the DPF etc. has better consumption than the newer models.

The V6 is Waaay quicker though.
Comes down to personal preference. I like the low down torque of the Diesel for offroading

Are you using Toyota Long Life Coolant? Maybe replace the radiator cap (with another genuine Toyo one) If the intercooler clean? Hotter intake air would result in hotter engine. Can see your car/you were much more comfortable through the high speed turn 4 than the other two.
Seems yours was better on braking as well.

That was an epic battle! I was really surprised to see the Citroen suddenly appear again and overtake when you were battling that other Corsa

I flushed the intercooler with about 200ml of paraffin which I had and that came out black! Unfortunately I only had around 200ml Wouldn't do that if I was you, at least not the manifold. If anything is left in there..... the last thing you want is a run a way..... It was still standing for a while...

I havent looked at the new models but i assume they work the same way as the older ones.
The central locking mechanism will push a rod to lock/unlock the door.
Open the door pad and ensure that all those rods etc. are seated properly.
