A big safety issue and the problem is compounded by having the extra power / speed. Yip they are all standard,but if they are not bend why do you want to replace them?Just make sure that they are clean before you put them back. Blow through every one and make sure that there is no obstructions inside.

Bleed your new lifters before installing them.

Sven you will have to remove the rocker shaft. A strong magnet works very well to remove the lifters or a piece of wire with the a hook bend at the end.

Not sure which engine you have in your vehicle .If it is an 4y there no tappets to adjust. It has hydraulic lifters which are self adjusted.

Your questing regarding the cam makes me confused , because all vehicles have cams in.

Sven the lifters size should not be roughly the same.It must be 100% the same. The high revving chev lifters I used part nr is HYT04-04.I bought mine from Masterparts in Kenilworth Tel 021 657 5757.Compare your partnr with mine to see if you have got the same ones. No your visco fan is not suppose to spin freely .If you push it hard when the engine is cold it is not suppose to turn a full 360 degrees. Very easy to service your visco fan.Just go to your nearest Toyota dealer and buy one tube visco silicon oil from them. Split the two halves of the the visco fan...

Stef hulle verkoop hier by ons n 80A battery vir die SFA met n 2 jaar waarborg.Buiten die krag draad wat deur die harnas loop na die alternator toe,het ek n 16mm draad direk van die battery alternator toe gevat.

Pics of my stainless braided brake lines as promised. Andy the outside of the pipe is covered with a type of nylon/plastic. The stainless braided is fitted very very tight around the the pipe and does not move.

Yes you need to extend your brake hoses.If you can get it goes for stainless steel braided hoses.You get better brake performance with them.Any brake and hydraulic places will be able to supply you with it.
