Re: Is this GROUPON special worth it?

They are not TETA accredited for Offroad courses... only for normal driving courses. So I guess that answers my question :P, also no option to use any of their vehicles. I guess if you are going to do something... do it properly. Thys.. Im gonna send you an email to get more info about what you offe...

Re: Is this GROUPON special worth it?

Let me start off by saying that ANY training is better than no training. The groupon deal sounds very attractive, but nowhere on TopGear's site do they make mention of the fact that they are actually providing TETA accredited training through an Accredited Training Service Provider. They do mention...

Re: Tire Wear question

Hi MudDog Thanks for the reply! along the width of the tire is actually fine and mostly even all around. They are perhaps very slightly more worn on the outer edges than on the inside. My main concern was that the outer tred, is wearing at angles as you can see in the pic. I am guessing it does that...

Tire Wear question

Hi Guys I have a quick question about the wear on my tires. As you can see by the images below, the front tires are starting to wear at an angle slightly on the outside edge. Is this because its over / under inflated? I usually keep them pumped to 240 all round. Its a 3.0 D4D 4x4 Double Cab http://i...

Hi Guys Just wanted to share my experience that I had with my Aircon... Aircon had been giving me issues for a while, and based on many recommendations I took it to Independent Car Radio. Re: Gearbox Question -

Thanks Mud Dog, I do intend on doing that.. as far as I know they were supposed to check all those mountings when I did the 160K service. But it wont hurt to ask them to give it a visual again, as it is my clutch pedal is creaking so I want them to sort that out too. Problem with Toyota is they love...

Re: Gearbox Question -

Not to worry, it is completely normal as normal can be, the gearbox and engine are both mounted with a steel/rubber mounting combination. When you accelerate or simply stand still and rev it bit, the gearlever will have some flex to it. It is the torque of the engine and also the direction the engi...

Gearbox Question -

Hi guys My brother pointed something out to me while we were driving on the weekend which is now making me concerned (paranoid), since I don’t usually look at my gears when I drive. When I change gears, the 4x4 and normal gear levers "flex" and move a bit (1-3cm depends how hard you are dr...

Leigh, seems your filter is blocked. Look under the passenger cubby, 'black box', it has if I recall x3 clips, and a screw. Open it up and clean out the filter, sponge type.
