Thanks, I wasn't complaining or looking for a fix, I prefer the imaginary reserve tank but good to know!

I had my fuel tank out so did a check with the sender unit. Picture shows level of sender unit float in tank when fuel needle is exactly in line with the E stripe on the fuel gauge on my 93 single cab.

I made mine with furnlock sliders, angle iron and 4 thin slices of 60mm tubing to make "footholders" for the rubber feet of the Engel to fit into.

Mine is model RD23 which has been superseded with model RD132 a couple of years back...not sure what the difference is but am guessing it is an improved pressure sealing mechanism between the air feeder and the rotating journal? It fit...
