Yes, it does.

Like from +- 1000rpm, it instantly jumps up by about 15 degrees when on the No.2 pipe.

When on the No.4 pipe, it slowly increases as I increase the revs.

As you can probably tell by now, I want to be able to "prevent fuel from flowing along my fuel lines

I don't really have compressed air so ya. Surely doing the whole compressed air with the bottle is pretty much the same as bleeding the brakes? Maybe I don't fully understand you?

And how would I get that screw back onto the master cylinder without getting air into the brake lines again?
