I would say you are getting coolant getting into combustion somewhere. Coolant burns with white smoke.

Paul, if your Hilux is a 4x4, ask the dealer to take the rear propshaft of and use only the front wheels in High range. If the problem is in the rear propshaft or diff, the sound will be gone.
