Radiator King reckon the top tank is more prone to cracking due to hot water input there.

They have 2 types a Genuine one and a cheaper aftermarket one.
Genuine is R 3190 and aftermarket R 1490.
I have ordered the Genuine one will collect later today.

Last night I installed belt, it works but gap issue on clutch seemed to an issue as clutch inches forward slowly when disengaged, so I added a thin extra washer and now its fine.
But what worries me is gap is larger than than 0.6mm specs but compressor works fine?

Pulley was very loose when still attached, but like I said was very tight on the shaft.
Bearing was rough but then I sprayed it with brake cleaner to clean and it seized up and was not easy to free up by hand, now it turns but not easily.

Where the ID of the bearing slides over the alu casing of the aircon, check for play there. If the bearing is stuck it tends to eat away the alu in which case the new bearing will not fit loosely. 4th and 5th gear in the box are not that strong (especially 5th), that's why I suggested 3rd - much less chance of doing any damage.
