You could put a electronic flasher unit in it and that will solve it. when i put leds on my flat deck the lights flashed fast because leds only pull 1watt instead of 5 . its just a relay looking thingi ,pull the factory one out plug the new one in.

hi Nice build i have done the same to my d/cab but insted of putting front springs in made for the front. i put rear hilux springs in out of leaf sprung hilux and get heaps better flex out of the front "took 1 leaf out". dont use the ones out of a ifs hilux because they are 4 inchs longer .

I had the same problem it sweeks when you go over a bump or big dip in the road and i found that it was the rear universal joint had a dry bit in it so i just replaced it.

Thats why it pulls under braking.

Have a look to see if the brace on top of the diff is ok some times the the welds can bust off the chassis .

when i replaced my clutch and flywheel it had a small shudder in it for a while in 1st gear and rest are fine. mite just take a while to settle in

i don't see and problem with having a y piece but why do you need more pressure .as for running off the same battery i would have the too compressors fused separately.

without them you run the risk of getting water in with your oil :( what happens is your diff is hot and when when you are driving around and when you drop into the water is everything cools down sucks water in. bad thing, same things happens in the wheel hubs at the front were the CVs are very hard ...

yes all diffs have them
you need to unbolt the factory one and replace it with a fitting that you can attach tube to with a hose clamp and run them up to the engine bay . what you are looking for is a small cap on top of the diff housing that is about 10mm high.
