The front can be improved with a custom BB, but that ugly hump in the rear is there to stay. Not nice, Toyota! :irate: :whip: :faint: -F_D +1 :shock2: :shock2: :shock2: I don't think the after market BB will be any good. That can be done at any 4x4 fitment centre. They must use a 20mm spacer on the top of the shock assembly / strut, that will give you 40mm on the wheel and it will be within spec. When selling to shops etc you should do what builders do and charge a 50% deposit up front to confirm the order and to cover the cost of all materials. Chris you are correct in saying the bend or drop down recovery point is not the best but if you make up one with braces etc then they work well... Remember 90% of the aftermarket replacement bumpers have recovery points and most of them are NOT inline with the chassis rail but they work just as well...

It Is Airbag compatible and has crumple zones on the main fitting.

Make sure you use sikaflex when installing on the roof it seals no problems and stops it getting loose...

You can run the 2nd battery in the vehicle and from the main battery to the trailer OR from the 2nd battery in the vehicle to the trailer it makes no difference as long as the connection is done with a fuse and 16SQ or bigger cable to the trailer, and use a 75amp or bigger GREY Brad Harrison plug......
