Mine is 2011 model and is 275mm.
The first time I ordered a kit, a few years ago, a 260mm arrived as that seemed to be the standard as mentioned, at that time. The after market catalogues only showed the 265mm. Now most catalogues show both.

It's usually the agent filter that is so tight. My 3 finger one is too big.

3.0D4D Oil filter

I change oil and filter every 5000 k's on my bakkie. The problem I sometimes have is getting the old filter off the engine. I use a water pump pliers but it can be a battle because of the limited space. None of the bought filter removers work. Anybody have a secret? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I had two fold up 80W (40 + 40) and I broke one half on one of them about three years ago. Since then I have been running them in parallel (80 + 40) through a ctek with no problem. Ignorance is bliss.

These days it is almost a pointless exercise to flush a radiator as the tubes in the radiator core are are so thin (very small internal volume) that they block up extrEmely easily. No flushing will get the particles out and replacement is the best option.

Is it just me but I think the Hilux handbrake is dismal! Every time I send the bakkie in for a service and even in between I always have to ask to have the handbrake adjusted. Will the steel rim, usually fitted on the 2.5D Vigo, fit on the the 3.0D4D?
Both are 6 hole and 16" so it seems they should?

If it does fit where is the best place to get one?
If it doesn't fit I will have to get another mag. I suppose there the best place is the dealers?

I did my circuit just as you suggested and am awfully happy to see the amps and voltages all the time. Makes controlling the fridge a breeze.
However i have been told that the sjunts are a fire hazard.
Is this just a rumour? I have numerous in fuses all over the place.

It's just condensation. There may be a tray under the evaporator that could also have a blocked outlet.

After many checks and rechecks I was moedeloos.
I eventually, out of desperation, starting checking all cables for continuity and found that the power cable to the Ctek meter had a break in it. Replaced that cable and all good!

How did you measure this current of 300 to 400 mA? i think I may have a similar problem , regarding battery drain. A colleague of mine had found this write-up somewhere. It proved to be most helpful! Thank you for the write-up. I used it tonight and found my NL intelligent solenoid was the culprit....

Can't remember if I had ever mentioned it, but my Bullnose's Battery wouldn't last more than three days with out being charged or driven in between. Had narrowed the bad circuit down to the "dome" circuit/fuse by checking the amps drawn in each of them. Due to the rather time consuming job that is ...
