Tough to say when you have not seen the actual site, but my 2c - keep water AWAY from dwelling. A couple of loads of filler is cheaper than sorting out damp later on. Contact a builder in the area. They usually have subbies that cart away or supply filler. Said filler is usually from another buildin...

Rudolf, contact Darryl from Mikem suspensions.
He should be able to give you the right advise, and he may well be able to supply you with an aftermarket, stronger torsion bar which will give you a bit more lift than the standard Toyota bars.

Andries, if you open the airfilter box you'll see a diagonal fin just to the left of where the air enters the circular box. I've removed that fin - it is just spotwelded on, and supposedly you can just break it off with a pair of pliers, but the day my box was made the spotwelder must have been well...
