Re: Hot air welding machine

You can also try getting hold of some of the signage guys, i know some of them join their pvc banners with a hot air welder. Not sure who would have one in the PTA area though

Re: Exhaust system

I was well aware when i bought the bakkie that it wont be the quickest, 115-120 is good enough to get around though. Let me know when you put yours on the Dyno, will be good to know what the 4y can push out with those modifications. Thanks Again for all the advice, much appreciated.

Re: Exhaust system

I can get to 120 on the highway with a bit of a push but once i hit an uphill it drops down to 80 again. Is this normal for a bakkie as old as mine (1985) wit...

Re: Hi all,No more Petrol In your Diesel Bakkie. Wanna know

My guess would be a sticker inside the fuel flap that says "diesel only"
This will only work assuming the petrol attendant can read .....

Re: Exhaust system

Thanks Dawie, you sold me. i find it hard to get 120 on the highway as is, so the extra boost in power is exactly what Im after.
Now the get bucks together for the conversion.
