Re: Gearbox oil leak
After taking it to Toyota, now the second time they wipe the oil down and give me the story the gearbox overheats. I have had two Fortuners before this one towing the same caravan with no such problem.
Is their anyone else that has had this problem??

Gearbox oil leak
Hi Folks
Coming back from Brits towing a caravan, I found oil running down from the gearbox breather. Is the gearbox
overheating? It is 4x4

The price was R161.00, not bad. Now, does it work?

Fortuner in limp mode
Hi guys
Driving a long distance for instance on the highway and the first stop I make lets say at the toll gate my Fortuner goes into limp mode. I switch off restart then it goes well again until the next high speed(120)trip, same story, otherwise no problems. Any ideas, the reason.
Thanks
Stan
