Re: New Hilux
Dippies that is amazing diesel consumption. I get average around 9.5, 9.6 km/l on the Highway and much less in town. 2018 2.8 Auto 4x4. Maybe its the BF tyres, lift and Canopy making it heavier. BUT it gives me much the same as my previous 3.0D4D, but with plenty more power and comforts, so I’m not ...

Jammer, ek sien nou eers jou vraag. Re: Battery Change
You just need to program it again after the battery change.
What you do is..
Open window completely
Then in one motion close the window, but do not release the "close" switch, keep holding it for about 5 seconds afterwards.
Should then be working again

Hi John I can confirm my November 2011 (2012 face-lift) model Xtra-Cab, came with Diff-Lock. My clutch shudder every now and again when pulling away. I have a steep driveway, then I "burn" it a bit going up. That sorts it out for a couple of weeks. Probably not the best thing to do, but I'...

Just some feedback.
I contacted Redisa and they have arranged to have someone collect all the tyres from us at no cost.
In total there were 41, so it saves me driving them up and down to dispose of them!
Thanks again Sebata!

I am cleaning up the grounds of a closed pre-primary school and I have around 30 tyres, from motorbike to tractor size that I need to get rid of. Morning guys. I have a question - it's been bothering me since I got the bakkie... Sometime, at irregular intervals, the clutch would suddenly starts to bite when 3/4 released. It's like that last few MM's before it completely engage it would bite and then you can feel the whole drive train shudder....

All that was left was to align the track and to tighten the bolts!
Then we lifted my newly modified roofrack on, installed the tracks and tightened everything up!
I am glad to report that it still fits into my garage! (just!)

Nice lift! Maybe wait and see how much it drops, for every 10mm you can add a 5mm spacer to the top of the strut.
