Die 65 v12 het te veel krag, jy sukkel om dit op die pad neer te sit. Die 320/350 cdi sal mooi loop in daai bakkie.

Vat die groot pakstuk na die onderdele winkel toe. Hulle het gewoonlik ñ boek waarin hulle dit vergelyk om die regte goed te gee. Jy kry ñ paar verskillende stelle. Ek het laas jaar ñ Echlin kit gekry. Selfs op die Fong Kong carb se choke unit staan daar "Nikki"

Goodwill, the hips shape is referred to as the SFA (Solid Front Axle) on the forum. I would swop with you, but you are a bit far away. I have a Double cab hips. Do you still want a bakkie that stand high, or do you want the low chassis?

If you do the job yourself, just keep careful track of all the bits and pieces. There are shims that you have to keep in order. (If you don't replace those particular bearings)

Barend, if you can swing a spanner, try the job! The boots you are referring to are not standard. But it looks like a nice modification to keep the dust and stuff out.

Nog ñ moontlikheid is ñ vakuum lek. As die enjin warm is, laat hom idle en spuit dan iets soos Q20 op die intake gasket, carb baseplate en die vakuum pype. As die Q20 by die lek ingaan sal die enjin anders idle vir ñ oomblik.

Is dit ñ Weber? Wanneer laas is hy skoongemaak. Daar lê dalk ñ klomp gemors in die "bowl".

Toets die idle solenoid. Hy behoort te klik as hy 12V kry.

I would say first replace the regulator on the alty ... the battery voltage is good but the charge voltage is a bit high, could be cooking the battery. The 'egg' smell is probably from the sulphuric electrolyte as the battery bubbles inside. Also check the connections at the battery and alty that c...

Wat van die elektriese deel agter op jou ignition? My Golf het my nou so rongeneuk. Dan start hy, dan is daar niks. Elektriese gedeelte skoongemaak, nou loop hy weer soos ñ droom. Ek het al ñ SFA se starter solenoid net skoongemaak en liggies ghries gesmeer, toe start hy weer reg.

Start collecting spares for a fuel injection conversion. Something that vehicle should have been sold with from the start! It will even be better than the overhauled carb.

There should be a fuse removal tool in the front fusebox.
