Re: I THINK TOYOTA MUST BE WORRIED

To me, it boils down to reliability. Which one of the two bakkies will still be driving after 10 years with no issues? Secondly, when I trade my vehicle in for a new one after 10 years, which one will give me the most for my trade in? I honestly think the Hilux will come out tops with the above, not...

My point of view is different to Andy. Auto locker in the front does not affect driving style on tar. Remember, your front diff is not engaged in 4x2. On a 4x4 trail, the locker will have an affect on turning. I had a locker in the rear of my Hilux (bought it like that, Lock Rite) My driving style o...

Drawer system rails for trailer

My friend wants to build a drawer system for his trailer. He requires a supplier that can sell him 1.6m rails. Any idea of where in Port Elizabeth or anywhere else you can buy them.

He searched on the internet, as usual, the overseas suppliers pop up. For safety, he wants to buy locally in PE or SA.

I get the VAT thing. I don't have a business and is not VAT registered. It's just to save R100 000 instead of a double cab. So my question still remains, can you get the licence disc legally changed to 4 seating?

Regarding the above, I know the disc says seating 2. Is there a way of changing it to 4 or something? I saw earlier Ford models with the disc showing 4. With our ambigious law, how does the traffic oaks see this?

Only 1000 km - then you shouldn't be needing anything for quite a while. If you do take a fan belt (for"just in case"), chances are that you won't be needing it for a few years, so keep it sealed a packed away where it won't get hard and perished. Belts actually have a shelf life. Even if...
