own DUAL BATTERY SYSTEM.
Here is a picture of my own DUAL BATTERY SYSTEM. 16012008155.jpg It uses a pic microcontroller that have to be programmed to do what you want it to do. I decided that this is how I think it would work best. And please if you think I’m doing it wrong Please let me know. Any suggestions are welcome....

No not yet. I’m still sorting out the control circuit. I’m a lazy bugger. If I install it before I’m done with the programming I will have to go and test the chip in the bakkie. Too much walking!!! I will most likely install it on Saturday. That is if I don’t change my mind and redesign the ...

I then drove around for a few hours to charge it again but what I found was that with the battery being so flat the alternator cannot supply enough charge and the charge rate falls below 12.8 which in turn forces the solenoid to switch all the charge back to the main battery thus leaving the Aux ba...

Wat is die verskil tussen TC1 en TC2? omtrend R316 ! Nee ek weet nie ek het hul prys gevra op die TC 2. The TC1 gauge is a single Probe gauge that are being used in aircrafts to measure the EGT. http://www.mglavionics.co.za/ I phoned MGL AVIONICS (011 455 4203) and got a price on the TC1 and TC2 gauges and a probe. TC1 = R 850 Vat inc. TC2 = R 1166 vat inc. Probe = R 226 vat inc. So far the best price...

Ek het ook vandag met Paul by SAC gesels. Baie behulp saam gewees. Die conversion se prys is wel R9500 wat die intercooler en chip insluit. Nee hulle verander niks aan die boost level nie. I got a price in Des.2007 of R.9500.00. Thy claim the KW`s moves from 85KW up to 115KW. With between 5 to 8% fuel saving.

I bought my self a 3.0 KZTE , but it lags some power. I’m thinking of fitting an intercooler and remapping the fuel system. I heard about SAC conversions. Have any body done it? Can you subject any other conversions?
