I usually use a rubber mallet of some sort to gently tap it in and the old seal as a buffer as well as a socket of some sort to spread the load over the whole surface. This is if press fit won't work. Just do yourself a hugh favour.. get some red rubber grease and smear it on the oil seal before fit...

I wish I was clever enough to do this when I replaced my clutch because that exact seal is now leaking

Generally what I do is I screw in a small self tapping screw into seals to extract them of course taking care not to scratch any of the surrounding surfaces

Sorry to say but that test is flawed. I would have probably believed it more if we see longer piece of footage showing the run-up to these cones etc. Also if they controlled the approach better by packing some cones to force the driver to have exactly the same entry angle etc it would have been much...

Ek reken ook dit hang als af hoe lang mens 'n voertuig gaan ry. As jy hom vir 3 tot 5 jaar gaan ry en dan 'n nuwe een kry... sal amper enige maak doen (afhangende natuurlik van die kilos wat jy gaan op sit). As jy 'n voertuig vir langer as 5 jaar gaan hou is daar net 1 maak volgens my en dit is Toyo...

Keep in mind that for the first 200 to 500km the tyres still have there no stick coating which they use to get the molded tyres out of the molds. This will definitely have a effect on grip.

For front suspension travel as well. The longer the front wishbones or whatever they are called the more travel you get. They will have to drive much faster with this buggy than a 4x4 to keep going so they need extra suspension travel and shock absorption... :thumbup: :thumbup: Daai maak nogal sin ...

Guessing it's got something to do with keeping the length of the side shafts to a minimum as the will be working much harder
