Thank you Thomas. I appreciate your concern. As the guys mentioned before all the mods are busy with their daily jobs.

What can help us a lot is if members can please report such spam posts the moment they see it . That way one of the mods can act quicker to remove it.

Sometimes when it over fueled or flooded plugs will get wet and it is better to replace them. But you then still need to find the reason for over fueling. If you do not use it often it might be a needle and seat that is not sealing properly. For that you will have to open the carb. Or maybe first th...

If you have one of these pliers those are actually very good clamps.
Radiator cap must be right on top of the radiator.

If it is 45mm longer does that mean that it will stick out under the cross member? Exposing it to damage while offroading? If it stick out under the cross member that is the only reason I can think of not using it.

Same here, Mayfair Gearbox in Brackenfell rebuilt my KZ box and the problem has also been solved. Is a pleasure to drive it now.

I found with new master sometimes an airlock in master. Dont pump wildly like most peoole do, press peddle slowly in, keep it there for 2 or 3 seconds, then release. On one of my vehicles that solved the problem

New shoes and new drums was supposed to fix it.
What happens when you tie the proportion valve up so the vehicle think that it is fully loaded. When fully loaded it will brake more at the rear.

Nee jy het beslis nie die enjin nodig nie. Daar is niks fout met 'n 2.7 nie. Ek het dit net gedoen omdat karre, groot enjins en 'n diep brul een van my passies in die lewe is. Sorry see the pic now. Do you perhaps have one of the others? Take it to a Bolt and Nut shop and ask them for a simular high tensile replacement. Will probably be a M10 with 1.25 pitch. Only difference is the original will take a 14 spanner and the replacement will take a 17 spanner.

If it is the metal pipe, the one goes to the fuel tank's breather and I think the other is just an open end breather for the canister. My vehicle not with me today.

That canister is the carbon canister which only get rid of the petrol fumes in the petrol tank and run them through the engine. Mine was disconnected it for a long time. Nice trokkie. We get good feedback from the WildDog bumpers. They streamlined and not as thick as many of the others. Johan at our Vredenburg branch also fitted one to his Prado 120. Nowadays you get special MAF sensor cleaners, our Autozone sells some. I've always usued carb cleaner until I saw these at Autozone. Used the MAF sensor cleaner the last time. The cheapies you refer to are probably those heat exchanger coolers and not a fridge. They are noisy and not very effective. I camped for many many years with a cooler box and ice.
