What are the recommended pressures for a Hilux ?

2,5 D-4D SC SRX, standard 205 HT tires.

To be more to the point, what are the recommended pressures for:

- sand
- gravel roads
- trails ?

Het jy al gekyk na die wiper motor ?

Dit het "skakeltuig" wat die motor stop op die regte posisie (het dit al op ander voetuie so gesien, glo die Hilux sal ook so wees).

NIE seker hoe die verskillende wiper-snelhede werk nie.

Mudd Dog - presies so gedoen. :D Drade oorals mooi gecable-tie. Positiewe drade beskerm teen moontlike vibrasie teen metaal oppervlaktes. Lugs mooi gekrimp - mooi Hellerman crimping tool gekoop vir die jobbie. :thumbup: EN, laat ons nou nie vergeet van die "in-lyn" sekering (fuse) nie.

The manual is your friend ...... (well almost) The manual points to THREE fuse boxes: 1) In the engine compartment 2) Behind the glove box 3) Under the steering column BUT, to get to number 2 and 3 parts needs to be removed .... - The glove box just clips out - A panel under the steering column clip...

It is a 2,5 Diesel.

Thanks for all the wlcome wishes. The camper plan includes a 2nd battery in the engine compartment (expect a few enquiries in this regard). All of the other work is to happen inside the canopy. I want to see if I can get away without a roof rack, to keep the "clean look". Come to think of ...

18 months after getting my first 4x4 I upgraded to Hilux

Got my 2,5 D-4D SRX SC yesterday.

This will be a pet project to turn it into a 4x4 camper ... :D
