Ek het besluit om hom te vat want ek het nou ten alle tye 'n 12M pixel kamera by my. So dink so daaraan.... as jy hom kry dan hoef jy nie 'n kamera van R1200 te gaan koop nie.

The Blackberry story is like the tobacco industry - as their market share nosedives in the first world, they are dumping product into the third world. Good deals to be had on Blackberry's but as a platform choice, a dying one.

Android based phones and tablets are the future. And the iPhone: just as Apple blazed the trail for Microsoft-Intel to dominate the PC revolution, so they have done for Android devices in the handheld computing revolution taking off now.

But if you want a phone, get a Nokia.

With the profitability and excellent return on investment for Vodafone and Orange BB will be around for some time yet.

......... has MP3's on cellphones killed the iPod?

.......... has cameras on cellphones killed the digital camera?

.......... has GPS on cellphones killed the dedicated GPS?

The android platform is impressive, but there is already new product in development that will surpass android.

BB is launching 4 new phones shortly.

I am very impressed with the iPhone. And the applications are mind blowing.

I am still chewing of the cost of getting one. Feedback on their longevity is conflicting, some report them nearly indestructible and others say they are super fragile so I do not know what to think.

It remains an impressive piece of technology and it certainly has moved the goal posts.

Negative feedback I have heard of on the iPhone 4 is the reception issue if you hold them in a certain way (basically the way you would hold them while making a call) without it having a protective case. Secondly I've heard of some people experiencing issues with the touch AMOLED display a few months in.

But the part I hate most about iPhone is you are not the owner of any of the software you have or load onto the device.

M2cW, I've got a HTC Touch pro2 :yahoo: , touch screen, can do anything the Iphone 1-4 can, Even a full slide out Qwerty keybord.
I'm in construction on site the whole day in dust noise and the phone gets knocked and dropped, I haven't had one day's problem with the phone after 14 months of using it.
I will never never get another phone than a HTC. :!:
