Handy Alarm / Syren

Post by OOOOMS »

Well while strolling past some stores this weekend I stumbled across this, which I have been looking for, for quite some time!!!

Comes in very handy when camping or even around the house, garage or lapa area, inside your canopy, virtually anywhere you do not want uninvited guests.

Consists of:
- wireless alarm
- Infrared monitor
- 105dB syren
- 4 AA batteries (not included)
- 2 remote's (batteries included)

Pic -up range approx. 12 - 15m

Cost R100.00

I had a similar unit .... worked well for a while (batteries were always a problem), but then it packed up. Not good enough quality. Probably great for when you're out camping, but for home use (permanent installation) I would rather go for IR beams hooked up to your alarm system or even security lights.
When your road comes to an end ...... you need a HILUX!.
