I know around here some of the guys who fish at night have a problem that the anchor light drains the battery and the next morning they cannot start the boat engines.
I now had some lights made for the anchor light and also have the right length of Festoon lamps for the navigation lights.
I had them tested by a guy with boat shop in PE and he reported that they fit, work well and makes more light than the traditional lamps.
