Allan do you need one for the holidays ?

You are most welcome to use mine and return it after the holidays.

it is a 60W panel, and folds up nice and SMALL.

I also have a regulator if you need.

60W is "handy", but certainly not enough to be "self-sufficient" for extended periods.

Reg so :)

Allan a "space problem" was my exact reason for buying that panel - most expensive school fees of my 4x4 journey to date !!

Cost 7k for the panel, and another 1k for the MPPT regulator.

It works, well it helps, when PARKED for a few days. If you are driving during the day you end up getting to camp too late for the panel to really help ...

PARKED ---- okay, then it may help, but it will barely put put back what the fridge draws. Definately NOT enough Namibia in summer.

Driving 2 to 3 hours per day - invest in a decent dc-dc charger

BEST solution - dc-dc charger WITH an 80W solid panel on a roof rack (easy temp fit to a Prado)

maar ek preek mos nou vir die kerk koor :)

Finished installing a 150 Watt last night, but sadly Eskom (sun) went down so I could not test :(
Fits snug on the canopy.
