:sos:
Jy met die  ja jy, help my asseblief.
Ek het my 4x tjor met n National Luna dubbel battery laai stelsel, in my tjor het ek die altenator battery en n ekstra battery vir my yskas as ek gaan speel. Dit werk goed, geen probleem.
Nou vir die probleem;
My vraag is nou,

You can run the 2nd battery in the vehicle and from the main battery to the trailer OR from the 2nd battery in the vehicle to the trailer it makes no difference as long as the connection is done with a fuse and 16SQ or bigger cable to the trailer, and use a 75amp or bigger GREY Brad Harrison plug....

We have done plenty trailer connections from the 2nd battery and they work GR8

First answer ONE question - what charging system will you be using in the trailer ?

Let's say it is a HCDP Mark 4 Power Panel - thus never more than 17 or 18A draw from the front.

10mm sqaure wired, as required by the Mk4 diagrams, is all you need to the back. No more than a 30A fuse AT THE FRONT battery.

brag harrison connectors near the tow hitch.

and jy is SORTED :)

Thanks Julle, all is installed as u suggest. "but" ok lets take it from the Brad Harrison plug on the trailer side to the two chargers mounted in the trailer as mentioned above and the 2x batts. hoe word die koppelins en bedrading gedoen? Ive done it and it is working but not sure if ive done it correctly and done it in a way to get the optimal charge from the chargers. do i charge each battery seperate or can i charge both at the same time?

In trailer 2x 105ah batteries in parallel with a bypass switch between the 2 batts. cables running from both the batts to the fridge/freezer where i fitted a Brad Harrison to connect to the fridge

Ek het nou 2 x105 batterye permanent paralel in my karavaan.
