dinner: Alferdo Pasta:
you need :
pkt of mushrooms,
pkt sliced ham,
tub of parmesan cheese,
cup of cream,
one onion finely chopped,
2 cloves of garlic chopped,
black pepper & salt and olive oil dinner in 10 min.
Best done in a pan!!!

Well any pasta.. whichever you prefer... the best pasta to use though is Fettucine..

then bring everything to the boil by first adding the cream and add the rest of the ingredients striiring continuously.

there are other ways to do it, with EGG etc.. but this is the way i learnt, and is the best one there is...
