Towards the end of last year i decided it was time for some roof racks to expand my packing space. i thought to go with Gomad as they built the canopy and would know what work best.
I phoned Ciske in November some time and he said he could help. he said he would think up some designs and let my know. so i sent him an e-mail with what a wanted. the whole of November there was no response so i phone him at the end of November and he said they were too busy over season so i should phone him on the 13th when they open again, i thought fair enough.
When i phoned him in the new year he asked me for all the dimensions of the canopy so i sent it to him. another month, nothing happened.
i phoned him a week ago and he didn't answer, which i found was strange as he always answers his phone.
i phoned him today again with another phone and when i told him who i was he just hung up on me...
I think its very rude and VERY poor customer service.
If he doesn't want to do the job for whatever reason(if im too far away or whatever it may be) then he should have told me right from the beginning that he doesn't want to do the job. Which i would've understood, but now that he left me hanging for 3 months and hangs the phone up on me, left me feeling that i can't not post my experience to the forum.
