What to look for

Post by duppa »

Hallo Guys

I am in the process of buying a toy again.... this time i want to buy once and not for a long tim again, i have settled on a 2004 4.0 v6 prado, i am on my way to sign the paperwork, but before i do it, is there anything specifically a need to look for, it has 133000 km on the clock and it sells for R225000 do you think it is wurth it? What major problems does it have once it reaches 200k km

I would apreciate you input, and yes i Know i should never have bought the Navara, so now I am getting rid of it....

Personally I have not heard, read or come across any problems on those, I know they can be thirsty but that is to be expected of a 4 ltr.

Andre, excellent vehicle would be my 1st choice if it weren't for the consumption. That's why we still have the Tuna.

Excellent capabilities, nice drive the 120 also looks awsome with inter. bumper and slightly raised suspension and some nice feet
