 What a response on a GTG! With the members and some privates we will be 34 people attending! Wish we could have that at all our GTG's. Maybe we should arrange more off-topic GTG's like birth control etc.

Hi guys and girls

This is Donkey. Now I know who my friends are :naah: reason I have been quiet is that we have a family meeting that day, of which is Tau not only part of but also our Treasurer.

Basically it is a group of male cousins, I think 23, and we meet once a month on the second of every week - purpose being to keep our relatoins strong, support each other, know each other better, and so forth. Meeting starts at 14:00 hrs and it'll be in the Vaal, meet for about an hour and then socialize. I've the last two meeting due to work and the other was the AAWDC event day and can't miss 3 in a row.

To come I will though it will not be on time, but I will do anything for a kuier with you guys. Will run it past CupCake and see if she'll avail herself.

I trust you will find this acceptable gentleman and gentleladies -

Warm regards,
uDonkey.

Just received some disturbing news. With the explosion and fire we had at Sasol our company has been awarded the contract to rebuild the damaged section of the plant. At the same time we are starting with a scheduled shutdown which has been delayed by strikes. What I'm trying to say is that I might be bogged down while our GTG is taking place. However I will ensure that everything is in place on the day and I'm confident that between Rita and Neil everything will run as planned. If all goes well I will only be on standby incase of some issue, but the GTG is still on! :dance1: :dance1: :dance1:

 Thanks to all attending and a special thank you to my wife who had to solo all arrangements as I were committed to work responsibilities. To those who missed it, sorry you missed a good evening, pity you did'nt let us know upfront so we could rearrange catering, seating etc. Thanks to Neil for his effort to make our GPS evening a great success. Looking forward to something similar, maybe the use of digital cameras which could take place out in nature!
