Experienced off-roader or newbie, it's good to re-cap or familiarise oneself with the basic principles / techniques for off-road driving. The clips on this site offer some useful tips.

Share your own tips / clips as well.

http://english.4x4tripping.com/2014/04/ ... chool.html

One of the tips I found to be interesting is one that I shared here some years back about using stakes as anchor points which seems to still be unknown or forgotten since I've never seen any other reference to the technique here. (My original posting with a sketch is in this topic ... viewtopic.php?f=42&t=11769 )

When your road comes to an end ...... you need a HILUX!.
