She is busy getting her own polygraph business up and running and I thought it might help
if she has a new vehicle to see potential clients.
She decided on a 2012 Chev Aveo 1.6LS, blue in color, with 42000km.
After the paperwork was done and finance was approved I signed for the vehicle on 30 Des.
They said I can view the car on the 2nd Jan, as it was in storage and the store was closed.
They then said that the car would take a little longer to get as there was a scratch on the fuel tank
that they saw during inspection, and they wanted to replace the tank.
On the 7th I finally saw the car for the first time. It was the wrong color, a baby powder blue,
where we stated we wanted the dark, royal blue. The car wreaked of fuel on the inside, the new
tank was incorrectly fitted and leaked fuel to the inside of the vehicle. While I was there I looked
underneath the car and it looked like it sustained chasis damage to the rear due to an impact, like
it went at high speed over a pavement. Even the silencer box was dented 7cm inwards.
I told them that it was unacceptable to even try and give that car, even with the wrong color,
due to the apparent damage to the rear of the vehicle.
Now I have to wait till Wednesday the 15th before I can take delivery of my gunmetal gray 2012 Chev
Aveo 1.6LS with 49000km on.
