Ombudsman not helping

And this is the part where we moan. If somebody rendered real bad service, weewee'd you off, caused you damage or cheated you (vehicle related), please please let us know by posting it here.

Reported a bad clung on my 2011 Hilux Auto to the Ombudsman to assist
me with the problem - bought vehicle from Toy Midrand
It's been seven months now and three months with the Ombutsman

Few years back I took Liberty Life to the Ombudsman - for misrepresentation ...


Took about 18 months - but in the end Liberty had to pay out



would like to know the realistic time line for the motoring sector ombudsman.
