So I have recently had a really bad experience at one of the 4x4 Megaworld shops... I will go into more detail about this later as I am still waiting for them to finish the job I have been waiting for for almost 3 weeks now.
What I came across though while looking around on HelloPeter to see if I could find similar complaints about the same store is something that Piet from 4x4Direct might be interested in.
I found this one compliment directed at 4x4 Megaworld, but as soon as you start reading it it is clear that the customer has tagged the incorrect supplier here... he has only good things to say about the service he received, but unfortunately linked the compliment to 4x4 Megaworld and not 4x4Direct....

Just thought I would share this with you while I wait to for my 4x4 Megaworld experience to play out later today...

Goeie Dag,
Nou net bevestig dat jy jou Hilux gekry het van hulle af. Kyk net of alles reg is asseblief. Stuur net die details na hulle.
Groette,
Louis

Just wanted to thank Louis and Deon from my side for the way the situation was handled.
I made a specific point not to mention the name of the branch or what the situation was, but they somehow figured out exactly what the situation was, which branch it was and were very helpful in getting it resolved.
I am glad to report that I have my newly powder coated ARB bumper fitted and it is looking great!
