Het toe ruite gekry by National Hinges in Alberton. Het ook toe sommer nuwe rubber opgesit (31 x 10.5 x 15) Firestone ATX. Danksy aan Cassie het ek ook ander bullbar opgesit en dit is hoe hy nou lyk. Het klaar spacers gemaak vir 50mm body lift maar ek wik-en-weeg nog?

Jy moet die eerste ou ooit wees wat die nudgebar met 'n plaashek vervang. Almal gooi hulle gewoonlik af en soek die nudgebar.

Dankie Johann, ja die nudge bar is mooi, maar ek hou net eenvoudig van die ou plaashek bullbar (sou veel eerder 'n replacement bumper wou opsit). Die eenigste nadeel nou is as ek die body lift doen moet ek ook dan die bullbar verander. :evil: So op hierdie stadium dink ek nog of ek hom moet lig of nie.

No body lift is neccesary with 31" tyres, but a suspension lift would benefit you alot more with out interfering with the bullbar placement.

Hallo 'Luxers, wil net julle opinnie hoor - ken iemand die Gonow bakkie 2.2 engine? Is dit dieselfde as die normale 4Y? Kan 'n engine kompleet kry met alles - fuel injection ingesluit. Sal hierdie 'n goeie replacement engine wees? (Engine het +- 30 000km op)

Ja, dis die chinese weergawe van die 4y, part parte winkels verkoop ook daai enins. As jy dit met fuel injection kry is dit nie te sleg nie. Hy behoort net so vas te skroef waar jy die ander enjin uithaal.

Even Midas and Autozone keep them ..... You can get a new one for about R7000 or so.

Net 'n opvolg oor die engine, het toe maar besluit om my engine te laat herbou. Sal hom seker teen Woendag kry! :clap: Toe hulle die block omdraai toe val my pistons sommer uit. Sal sodra ek 'n kans het fodies opsit en deatails.

It's now close to R9k, priced it last week or 2 ago.

There are three types of chinese / korean 4y's. The better of the 3 got a better finish on their Ally parts.
