When your road comes to an end ...... you need a HILUX!.
Life is like a jar of Jalapeño peppers ... what you do today, might burn your ass tomorrow.
Don't take life too seriously ..... no-one gets out alive.
It's not about waiting for storms to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain.
And be yourself ..... everyone else is taken!

Re: Novi' Hilux
Its just the uprated or upgraded 3 lt V-6 motor (dont want to mention the brand , might leave an oil spot on here lol ) , dyna tuned , electronic ignition , 105 amp low profile altinator , branches , freeflow exhaust system , adapter plate with original hilus gearbox so very good crawling capability , loves rock climbing and axle twisters .ThysdJ wrote:What is that and how did you do it?Novi Norval wrote:My 91 Hilux uprated V-6

Re: Novi' Hilux
If the conversion is done and not giving problems then why go the V8 route? Lots of guys go the Frot V6 route.Novi Norval wrote:Foryota ! lol Hoping to do a complete overall on the truck in the not to distant future which includes Lexus v -8 (only then ill clean my driveway lol)Ali3n wrote:It's a FROT oops I mean Ford...

Re: Novi' Hilux
Ive had the conversion for a long time now and the truck really needs a complete tlc make over , want to do chassis , body respray etc etc and go the V-8 route with auto box , time for change .Ali3n wrote:If the conversion is done and not giving problems then why go the V8 route? Re: Novi' Hilux
That is the correct way of thinking... Good luck and keep us posted once you start the complete make over.Novi Norval wrote:Ive had the conversion for a long time now and the truck really needs a complete tlc make over , want to do chassis , body respray etc etc and go the V-8 route with auto box , time for change .Ali3n wrote:If the conversion is done and not giving problems then why go the V8 route? Re: Novi' Hilux
I thought so. I drove a Ford v6 powered Hilux for years. It was a formidable machine. If you EFI that it is even better.
