Hi Hilton, I see we can learn a lot from you. In some of the posts there are people who want to install a KZTE motor in their SFA Hilux, you can give them advice and also Cookie Monster is about to install BMW seats in his Hilux, I am sure you can help him out as well.

Looking at your pic's, it sure reminds me like Hilux country you are driving through. Like the cross axle photo with the Hilux.
Thank's for the pic's :)

Your Beamer seats

Post by Scotty »

Hi TopHilux

Great looking Toyota....

Did you fit those 3 Series Beamer seats yourself?

If so, is there any specific 3 Series - or do they all fit?
Do you use the Beamer tracks as well?

A friend said that they must be even comfier than Corolla or Run-X seats - would you agree?

Do you have a photo you could post?

I may have to replace a bench seat in an old SFA one of these days so your advice would be great.

Cheers

Hi Cookie Monster

Thanks! It would be great to get your advice/ photos before I try doing the mod myself.

Although I like the look of the bench seat (and trying to keep the vehicle original) enough people have said that it becomes uncomfortable over long distances. I will also install a cooler arm/ rest (like Family Dog has -photos elswhere on the forum) and a safe underneath that.

Cheers
