Cris Ingram Is Here...

Post by Cris Ingram »

Hi All,

My name is Cris Ingram and I am Toyota mad like the rest of you. To date my most memorable achievement was converting my D/C Limited Edition into an Outback Challenge vehicle and entering the 2005 event. ALthough we had heaps of engine management problems we still managed to complete just over 50% of the event and had a great time. I am going over as a navigator this year with my best mate Warner Trimmer in a rather modified SWB Prado.

I am also the owner of a company called R and D Offroad which specialises in 4x4 accessory fitment. We love our job and strive to be the best.

Currently, I drive a 2003 Hi-Lux 2.7i single cab to which I have added a couple of aftermarket parts.

Look forward to meeting you guys.

Have a great day
Cheers
Cris

Howzit Guys

Thanks very much for the warm welcome - really appreciate it. Unfortunately I have sold the double cab but I must say when I hear that motor go it brings a tear to my eyes. Those Lexus engines are something else when they are setup properly.

I will try and get some pics up asap.

For DVDs give us a shout in the office. We have the Outback Challenge (Couple of different ones) the a few different Alpine Challenge ones.

Happy Wheeling

Cheers
Cris

Hi Cris,

Glad to see you made it here & joined a few other Toyota "malatjies" talking Hilux stuff.
1.) Have sent an e-mail re: WCCC
2.) Curious to chat sometime re: The Calmini Isuzu suspension side of things (ex. Hennie, my partner, @ Unispec Plastics)
3.) Hennie also bought & still has the Red Jeep Wrangler that also went to Malaysia. Played a little, a few weeks ago. Mmmm ... a monster with loads of krag!

Still want to meet is person, will chat/introduce at next WCCC or pop in, @ Brackenfell sometime.

Once again, ... WELCOME.

PS: Really enjoy your section in SA 4x4 !!!
