Daka Hilux 4X2 clutch problems,

I have abrand new Dakar, and the clutch smells serious bad in either light or heavy traffic. I went for 20k service and thy have just replaced it but still the problem persists. Could it be my driving skills that needs updating or its a genuine clutch problem
