I thought it was a all round good shock to use. Now when you replace what would you look at and why?

Gabriel again, good allround value for money, unless you have lots of extra cash lying around?

Can't beat the Gabriel, best Quality/price ratio
You'll pay 5 times more for something that's a little better with the same guarantee.

Did you add the "Rancho In-Cab Remote Adjuster" as well?

What would the benefit (if any) be in purchasing coil over shocks, like CAMIL for example???

Re: New shocks - What would you get?

Re: New shocks - What would you get?
Had them in my Isuzu 350KB. Shook the fillings out my teeth, and it seriously reduces wheel articulation.Jxjdm wrote:What would the benefit (if any) be in purchasing coil over shocks, like CAMIL for example???

Re: New shocks - What would you get?
50 to 55 mm lift. no need to adjust or change anything. Done 20K now & happy with it. Affordable, durable, excellent ride, excellent off road, can really take a load, adjustable and no retrictions to articulation or flex as some would believe, poor man's suspension system. Would I fit it again..? Hell yeah.Jxjdm wrote:What would the benefit (if any) be in purchasing coil over shocks, like CAMIL for example???

Re: New shocks - What would you get?
Had these on my Ford Supercab 3.0 TDCi. They were finished before doing 20 000km on the bakkie. Put in Monroe Gas Magnum, done 80 000km now, but they are due for replacement now. But will fit Monroe Gas Magnum again.Jxjdm wrote:What would the benefit (if any) be in purchasing coil over shocks, like CAMIL for example???
