Are we adding Bridgestone to the Windscreen sticker? For the heck of it, or are we going to keep it clean of any specific brand? We may be marshalling at more than just the Fundi.
Also, have we looked at what the winscreen sticker will look like in clear vinyl or even in black? The windscreen stickers I had on before, the best one was a Toyota one that was white from the front, but had a black backing, the sticky side. It just looked the best and helped the best to act as a sun visor and a glare guard for the spots on the roofrack.

The windscreen stickers are just cut-outs. The same as the "WWW.HILUX4X4.CO.ZA" stickers. It is not one complete sticker. If you would like a single sticker please just let me know and I will find out for us.

Re: Hilux4x4 Marshals - Gauteng
Okay boys and girls... we've just been handed an opportunity to rub some salt into the wounds of ORMU.
The Four Wheel Drive Club of SA is holding an event this coming weekend at Base4. It is charity event in the form of a jamboree and there will be 10 obstacle. They have requested 10 marshal teams from ORMU and could only get 2.
Now this is where it gets interesting. ORMU's origins are with the 4WDSA and now when they are called to assist in "their" club event, they don't have the numbers or enthusiasm to get 10 teams together to assist. We've been looking of ways and means to make name for ourselves and have done so with the Bridgestone Challenges. Now we are presented with a golden opportunity to boost our image as the HCMU. We can go there with banners the works and make a statement of that we are here to stay and we are here to make a difference. They need 8 more marshal teams that can come and assist. Lunch will be provided.
Andre Strauss will be Clark of the course.
SO WHO IS IN?

Pleeease. Can you get there? The obstacles are very close together and all within walking distance. There will also be sponsors that will help out as marshals at the respective obstacles that they are sponsoring so you will have appys with you. :evil:mcw wrote: Hilux still in pieces but i will help if you need a marshall
Failing the numbers we may just have to split up the marshal teams to accommodate but as said the obstacles are next to each other so no problems.

Look at that guys, in one day we have managed to get 6 teams together and it took the ORMU more than 2 weeks at least to get 2 teams... Damn I am proud to be part of this club...
I know we can get at least another 2-3 teams by Sunday. Guys who are interested, you can use this opportunity as a learning step and find out what marshalling is all about.

Mebbe what we do is put Wendy and Rafs together at an obstacle and let you and Ernest each take other obstacles ... although then everyone will keep getting stuck in the girls obstacle and will refuse to move on. lol.Ali3n wrote:Just 1 more team at least guys. Bulletjie3? Wil jy nie kom join nie?
