TOYOTA HILUX/ FORTUNER Leaders in service and repair expense

Post by Dirka »

Thought this was worth posting.
The wheels24 article reports and lists the most cost effective vehicles in SA (2016)
in terms of servicing and repair costs.
Their findings are based on the well known Kinsey report.
They look at the service pricing and compile a 'parts basket' and do the necessary comparisons.

Interesting to see that the 2.8 GD and even GD6 auto is one of the cheapest vehicles
around in their respective classes ito servicing and repairs.

The Tuna winning the SUV class,
the Hilux 2nd in the D/Cab class (competing to the likes of Tata and GWM) :cooldude:
..and even the Prado topping the Exec SUV class! :shock2:

..Hard to believe..
I got arrested for driving naked. I guess I shouldn’t have put four wheels, an engine, and a steering wheel on my bathtub.
I’m a do-it-yourself kind of lover.
