LED lights - Options?

I'm considering the possibility of using LED lights as hand-held spot lights (as security lights) at watch towers - we have solar panels and 12V batteries at the sites
Would vehicle type LED spot lights serve this purpose better than small LED light bars? I can get 2 relatively new 51W LED spot lights (vehicle type) for R800.00 but I'm also looking at possibly using a small light bar - a 4-light cluster?
I would appreciate your advice on this - also on the value of the 2 x 51W spot lights? Possible price tag on a 4-light LED cluster?
