Just keep in mind that too much Iron is not good for you. While one is young and growing we need a lot of Iron but when you stop growing (round about age 25) you need intake a lot less iron.

The saying an apple a day keeps the doctor away is not just a saying. If you eat an apple a day you actually help your bodies system to produce growth hormone. Most adults have a lack of this hormone in their bodies. It helps with cell regeneration and weight loss. m2cw

One of the main and most overlooked reasons for lethargy as well as other problems is a lack of sufficient fluid intake. One should do at least 2lit water a day. ;-)
When your road comes to an end ...... you need a HILUX!.

Life is like a jar of Jalapeño peppers ... what you do today, might burn your ass tomorrow.
Don't take life too seriously ..... no-one gets out alive.
It's not about waiting for storms to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain.
And be yourself ..... everyone else is taken!
