White and red reflector tape, white on the front red at the back. It can be short strips 300mm long on each corner of your bull bar and tow bar. I never take malaria tablets but always have self testing kits and malaria prophylactics, but with the kids rather go to a doctor and hear what he recommends. A carnet makes crossing the border easier (can get one at AA). You will need 3party insurance that you can buy at the Zambian border. They only use Zam Kwatcha make sure you find a nice place to hide your mula.
