Is this a humpback whale?

Found on the beach near Tugela mouth. Obviously a whale pup, 3 to 3.5m long.
The previous day we had briefly seen two whales out at sea.

Can't be sure, but looks like a Southern Right Whale to me. Could be that it was still-born ... it happens. :think:

Definitely, a southern left whale would lay on it's other side
