and how to stay out of it

1)Keep emotion out of your replies/posts and try to reply in such a way that there isn’t any perceived emotion in the reply, it is very easy to read some emotion in a written reply that is not intended or implied. You cannot see facial expressions, hear vocal intonations, hear laughter and read body language like in a personal discussion. This means that sometimes you might find something offensive wasn't intended that way by the poster. If you find something they said to be offensive ask for clarification before assuming they meant to be mean.
2)Discuss the topic do not go personal.
3) Don’t take everything personal.
4)We are all entitled to our own opinions, we will have different opinions – live and let live.
5) We all have different personalities, some people are more outspoken than other and their boundaries and frame of reference may not be the same as yours – take it from whom it comes.
6)Please bring back the humor without getting dirty or straying too far off topic. The world is a somber enough place as it is.

Remember the 4 “H’s” when posting on a forum. Be heartfelt, human, helpful and add humor. This will make your posts more relatable and build long-lasting relationships with the members who may become your friends of the forum.
